This "Assistance-Translation" service is available to facilitate, if necessary, the normal progress of your trip to Thailand during the time of the services included in your trip with Hansathai Travel Service.

- This service cannot assist you in the event of a medical emergency.

Not following the instructions of your personal Repatriation Assistance Insurance "to the letter" would expose you to the risk that it will contractually disengage from your problem.

- It is your Repatriation Assistance Insurance which is the most competent to solve your medical emergency problem in the most effective way (because of these local representatives in each tourist region, because of its medical expertise, because of its selection of partners such as hospitals, doctors, airlines, etc...).

- At first it is for example during the night, with the reception of your hotel, that the first contact is made with a doctor who will possibly diagnose the medical emergency.

The hotels know perfectly well the best and fastest way of doing things because of the proximity and experience with the infrastructures and competent doctors of each region close to each hotel.

- The medical corp in Thailand is particularly well trained and more particularly in case of emergency; even though the buildings are not necessarily of the usual design of Western medical structures.
The staff is very willing, very competent and therefore very efficient.

- Ce service ne peut pas vous assister en cas d'urgence medicale.

En effet, en cas d'urgence medicale, c'est votre assurance personnelle Assistance-Rapatriement (incluse dans le contrat de votre carte de credit, votre assurance auto, votre assurance responsabilite civile, votre assurance habitation, etc...), qui doit prendre choisir l'organisation necessaire pour resoudre au mieux votre probleme d'urgence medicale.

Ne pas suivre " a la lettre " les consignes de votre Assurance Assistance Rapatriement personnelle vous exposerait au risque qu'elle se desengage contractuellement de votre probleme.

- C'est votre Assurance Assistance Rapatriement qui est la plus competente pour resoudre votre probleme medical d'urgence de la maniere la plus efficace (du fait de ces interlocuteurs locaux dans chaque region touristique, du fait de son expertise medicale, du fait de sa selection de partenaires tels que les hopitaux, medecins, compagnies aeriennes, etc...).

- Dans un premier temps c'est par exemple pendant la nuit, a la reception de votre hotel, que le premier contact se fait avec un medecin qui diagnostiquera eventuellement l'urgence medicale.

Les hotels connaissent parfaitement la maniere la plus rapide et la plus efficace de faire les choses en raison de la proximite et de l'experience avec les infrastructures et les medecins competents de chaque region a proximite de chaque hotel.

- Le corps medical en Thailande est particulierement bien forme et plus particulierement en cas d'urgence ; meme si les batiments ne sont pas necessairement de la conception habituelle des structures medicales occidentales.

Le personnel est tres motive, tres competent et donc tres efficace.
